Abstract This paper has carried out the research on thermal buckling behavior of metal/composite composite structure wall panel. The hybrid been studied from analytical methods, finite element methods and experimental tests. Aiming at room temperature 20°C to -55°C, non-contact optical testing technology is used obtain deformation parameters entire history, critical heat obtained through theoretical solution, simulation data judgment methods. reveals law mixed panel under aircraft envelope. Conclusion: change structural off-plane displacement manifestation instability.Although instability occurs in during cooling process, can still be restored a normal state without post-buckling. slope changes dramatically after -15°C, basically showing linear relationship; method determine with maximum difference 4.8°C. test for Determination load.
